Billable vs total hours

Frequently asked questions
How do I track billable hours for multiple clients?
One row per block of work: client, rate, hours. Totals are computed per client and overall — effective hourly rate included — and export as a clean CSV or PDF you can send with an invoice.
Can I enter hours as h:mm?
Yes: 2:30 is understood as 2 h 30 m; plain numbers like 2.5 are decimal hours. Both mix fine.
Does it calculate overtime?
Billable time is contractual, not FLSA hours — but if your agreement pays 1.5× over a threshold, use the overtime calculator with the weekly mode.
